Referral and Admission Process

Raymond House is the first registered children's home operated by Moving Forward Therapeutic Care, providing care and accommodation for up to three children aged 7 to 17 years. Raymond House is a mixed gender home and supports male, female and non binary children and young people. The home is able to accommodate children on a short, medium or long term basis depending on their individual needs and care plans. However, where appropriate, our aim is to provide children with long term stability, consistency and security, enabling them to settle, feel safe, develop positive relationships and achieve their full potential. We strive to create a warm, nurturing and therapeutic environment that children can truly call home - where they feel valued, supported and empowered to make positive progress while creating lasting and meaningful memories.

Raymond House provides care for children and young people whose primary needs are moderate to severe learning disabilities. Additional or associated needs may include:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
• Developmental Delay
• Sensory Impairments .
